Glamorous xo policies NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required upon booking for any new set and fills. The deposit will be credited to your service that you’ve booked. NO REFUNDS ON ALL SERVICES! CANCELLATION If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged a 50% fee. NO SHOW: All no call no shows will be charged a 100% fee. You will not be able to book another appointment unless paid in full. LATE: If you are 15 min late, you will be charged a $15 fee. If you are more than 15 min late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically canceled and now considered a no show. You will be charged 100% fee of the service. Please communicate with me if you’re going to be late. No extra guest are allowed. If you are feeling sick please reschedule your appointment. Mask are optional. TOUCH UPS: You have 72 hours to let me know if you’re having retention issues. You will receive a 30 minute touch up. I will touch them up for free, but after 72 hours there will be a fee. PAYMENTS: Acceptable payments: Cash, contactless tap, debit and/ or credit cards —(Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). THERE IS A 3.5% CONVENIENCE FEE WITH ANY CARD PAYMENT.
